| General Introduction | China Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Chemical") was established in September 2008. Established by China National Chemical Engineering Corporation as the main initiator, in collaboration with Shenhua Group Co., Ltd. and China National Chemical Corporation. In January 2010, China Chemical was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (securities code: 601117). Since its establishment, China Chemical has established and improved a standardized corporate governance structure in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Company Law and the company's articles of association.
