| General Introduction | Chengdu Gas Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Gas") was founded in March 1967, formerly known as Chengdu Gas Corporation. It is one of the earliest professional companies in large and medium-sized cities in China to operate urban natural gas. In 2004, a limited liability company was established through restructuring, and strategic investors were introduced to become a mixed ownership enterprise. Advanced management concepts such as benchmarking, lean management, and action learning were introduced, greatly improving the company's management level and injecting strong momentum into sustainable and healthy development. In September 2017, the shareholding system transformation was completed. In December 2019, it was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with the stock code of "603053" and the stock abbreviation of "Chengdu Gas". Chengdu's gas business covers urban gas supply, gas engineering planning, design, construction and installation, gas transmission and distribution, application, and management, research and development of gas intelligent systems, equipment manufacturing, testing of gas specialized equipment, pressure vessels, and measuring devices, sales of gas appliances and equipment, and expansion of the natural gas market. The company has a complete gas transmission and supply network system, advanced technical equipment, and a well-trained workforce, accumulating rich experience in urban gas management. It has participated in the drafting of multiple major industry standards. The company actively promotes the development and exchange of the gas industry and is an executive director unit of the China Urban Gas Association, as well as a chairman unit of the Sichuan and Chengdu Gas Associations. Chengdu Gas has fully implemented the central urban gas transmission network planning, with the scale of the network continuously expanding and the layout becoming increasingly reasonable. A relatively complete circular network consisting of the urban inner ring, first, second, and third ring roads, as well as radioactive main pipes radiating to surrounding suburban counties, has been formed, with a medium and low pressure gas distribution network as a supplement, fully covering the central area of Chengdu Plain. Chengdu Gas is organizing the construction of the largest natural gas high-pressure transmission pipeline network in China, with a total length of about 90 kilometers. After the project is put into operation, it will further improve the gas transmission and supply network system in the central urban area of Chengdu. Chengdu Gas adheres to the service concept of "delivering warmth with emotions and igniting happiness with heart", and has established a gas supply service hotline of 962777, with service outlets and emergency response stations distributed throughout the city.
