The company currently has over 280 sets of various production and manufacturing equipment, over 10 special process production lines, and 3 component assembly production lines, and has established an independent design and research and development center. Among them: CNC precision manufacturing: With high-end precision manufacturing equipment such as three-axis CNC milling centers, five-axis CNC milling centers, turning milling composite centers, horizontal milling centers, and CNC vertical lathes, we have established a flexible CNC production line that integrates intelligence, digitization, and informatization; Special process production line: Possess special process capabilities for surface treatment such as chrome plating/cadmium plating/nickel plating, anodizing, painting, stainless steel passivation, titanium alloy pickling, and heat treatment of alloy steel, stainless steel, and other materials, as well as physical and chemical testing capabilities such as non-destructive testing and tank analysis; Component assembly: Equipped with assembly lines for small components, mid fuselage segments, and most airframe segments, possessing the ability to assemble aviation components and large components.
