| General Introduction | Chengdu High tech Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "High tech Development") was established through targeted fundraising with the approval of the Chengdu Municipal System Reform Commission in July 1992, jointly initiated by four units including the Chengdu High tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee. The company is one of the first batch of joint-stock pilot enterprises in the National High tech Industrial Development Zone, and also the first joint-stock pilot enterprise in the country by the National Science and Technology Commission and the National Economic Reform Commission to combine technology and economy. In October 1996, the company issued 36 million public shares for the first time. On November 18 of the same year, the company's shares were listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. As the only state-owned listed enterprise under the High tech Zone, High tech Development takes "developing high-tech and achieving industrialization" as its original mission, firmly transforms the high-tech real economy, takes the acquisition of Senwei Technology as an opportunity, takes power semiconductors as a strategic transformation breakthrough, starts building a leading domestic high-end power semiconductor device and component production line, and gradually constructs the FabLite operation model. The company established Beizhi Intelligent as the starting point of its smart city business, empowered by technology, to create a city level smart city bottom technology product matrix with independent intellectual property rights. Beizhi Intelligent has obtained "high-tech enterprise" and "dual software certification", obtained 23 software copyrights and 1 patent, and was successfully selected for the list of specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises in Sichuan Province in 2022. In the future, high-tech development will continue to graft new technologies and resources into the high-tech industry chain, solidify the foundation of high-tech industry development, and contribute the strength of listed companies to the construction of a strong chain of leading industries and urban development in Chengdu High tech Zone. |
