| General Introduction | Changchun Yidong Clutch Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changchun Yidong") was established in 1992, with FAW Dongguang Clutch Factory as the main restructuring entity. It was jointly initiated by China First Automobile Group Corporation and Jilin Dongguang Precision Machinery Factory (State owned 228 Factory), two large state-owned enterprises, and was established through fundraising. The company completed its shareholding reform in 1998 and was publicly listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Changchun Yidong is one of the 12 listed companies of China Ordnance Industry Group Corporation and the first listed company in the Chinese automotive clutch industry. It is a leading enterprise in the automotive clutch industry in China, a chairman unit of the China Automobile Association Clutch Committee, and a drafting unit for multiple industry standards. The company currently has two holding subsidiaries, Changchun Yidong Automotive Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yidong Parts") and Shenyang Yidong Fourth Ring Clutch Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenyang Yidong Fourth Ring"). The main products are automotive diaphragm spring clutches (Changchun Yidong and Shenyang Yidong Fourth Ring) and heavy truck cab hydraulic lifting mechanisms (Yidong components). The clutch products currently have 8 major series, 32 specifications, and 340 types of automotive clutch products, with specifications ranging from Φ 160 mm—— Φ 450mm, with a torque transmission capacity ranging from 71Nm to 5400Nm, covering various models such as passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Yidong Parts is currently the largest supplier of hydraulic lifting mechanisms in China, with multiple products such as oil cylinders, oil pumps, hydraulic locks, and more, providing over 140 products for 45 vehicle models. The product variety has been expanded to include agricultural, mechanical cylinders, height valves, steering cylinders, and other products, and modular supply has been achieved in various host factories. Changchun Yidong currently has 537 sets of production equipment and 106 sets of testing equipment, with a production capacity of 4 million sets of clutch assemblies per year and 500000 sets of hydraulic lifting mechanisms per year. Key equipment has been imported from countries such as Austria, Italy, and South Korea, and has advanced world standards in clutch cover stamping forming, diaphragm spring heat treatment forming, assembly assembly, and online testing. The company continues to carry out technological innovation and continuously improves its research and development capabilities. The existing research and development center has been rated as a national level technology center and has established a postdoctoral workstation. We are currently developing cutting-edge products such as self-adjusting clutches, dry and wet dual clutches, and hydraulic torque converters to achieve synchronous development of traditional diaphragm spring clutches. The high level of research and development capabilities and stable product quality have earned Changchun Yidong a good market reputation, making Changchun Yidong more than 50 domestic vehicle manufacturers, including FAW Jiefang, FAW Volkswagen, Liuzhou Liuji, SAIC Wuling, Chang'an Group, Jianghuai Automobile, Yu'an Xiaokang, Dongfeng Liuqi, Mianyang Xinchen, Baoding Great Wall, Shenyang Xinguang, Zhengzhou Yutong, BAIC Foton, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck, Shanxi Dayun, and Hualing Automobile As a supporting supplier for the main engine factory, we also provide supporting supplies to international manufacturers such as Brazilian Volkswagen, Russian Camus, General Parts, Daimler Benz, Volvo, Tata Daewoo, etc. |
