| General Introduction | Changchun Yingli Automotive Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1991 and was listed on the Shanghai A-share market in April 2021. The parent company, Cayman Yingli, was listed in Taiwan in January 2016. Yingli Automobile is headquartered in Changchun, China. The company focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of safe, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and lightweight automotive components. As of the end of 2020, there were over 4000 employees. We provide research and development and manufacturing services for metal and non-metallic automotive components, molds, and more than 20 well-known automotive brands. The main customers include FAW Volkswagen, Volvo, Mercedes Benz, FAW Hongqi, SAIC Volkswagen, BMW, FAW Pentium, Geely, NIO, Weima, etc. The R&D center laboratory was completed in January 2018 and officially put into use in May. It covers an area of approximately 1547 square meters and is currently an internal laboratory of Changchun Yingli Automotive Industry Co., Ltd., under the jurisdiction of Yingli R&D Center. The R&D center laboratory covers multiple functional laboratories, including physics laboratory, chemistry laboratory, corrosion laboratory, environmental reliability laboratory, mechanical durability laboratory, and vibration laboratory. With over 50 testing equipment, it can complete multiple testing tasks from material testing to product performance testing.
