| General Introduction | Cangzhou Dahua Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Cangzhou Dahua) was one of the first 13 large-scale fertilizer enterprises in China to introduce a complete set of equipment - Hebei Cangzhou Fertilizer Plant. It was built in 1973 and put into operation in 1977, and is known as the "cornerstone of the national 'large fertilizer' industry". In 2000, the holding subsidiary of the group, Cangzhou Dahua Co., Ltd., was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with the stock name Cangzhou Dahua and code 600230. In 2006, Cangzhou Dahua joined China National Chemical Corporation and in 2022, it became a secondary enterprise of China National Chemical Holdings Co., Ltd. The company currently has two leading products, TDI (toluene diisocyanate) and PC (polycarbonate). The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of toluene diisocyanate and polycarbonate. TDI's product quality has reached the international advanced level, selling well domestically and exported to Europe, South America, North Africa, Southeast Asia, and South Asia. It has achieved global sales and is an internationally renowned brand. Cangzhou Dahua has broken foreign technological monopolies and developed and produced high-end PC products such as copolymerized silicon PC and high molecular weight brominated PC, successfully occupying the technological high ground in the PC field and filling the domestic gap. The company has the titles of Hebei Province Modified Isocyanate Technology Innovation Center, Hebei Province Enterprise Technology Center, Hebei Province Industrial Enterprise R&D Center (A-level), and Hebei Province Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise. Cangzhou Dahua Co., Ltd. has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise. In order to further extend the industrial chain, Cangzhou Dahua plans to construct the PC Phase II 100000 ton project, the 400000 ton TDI expansion and transformation project, and the 300000 ton nitric acid project during the 14th Five Year Plan period. The goal is to build a new chemical material industry base with polyurethane and polycarbonate as the core, and become a first-class chemical enterprise group with international competitiveness, achieving innovative development, green development, and high-quality development.
