The company was renamed as "Huaying Technology (Group) Co., Ltd." in January 2011 (the stock abbreviation was changed to "Huaying Technology"). In November 2020, Fujian Electronic Information (Group) Co., Ltd. became the controlling shareholder due to an increase in its shareholding ratio, and the Fujian Provincial State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission became the actual controller of the company. Huaying Technology is mainly engaged in the research and development, design, production, and sales of display panels, display modules, and other products. It is an important professional manufacturer of new flat panel displays worldwide. At present, the company has established a development strategy of "large panel and small module". The company focuses on small and medium-sized display panels, and combines existing display module business to form a touch one-stop product strategic layout, providing customers with a complete set of product customization services for the industry chain.
