The predecessor of the company, China Energy Conservation Wind Power Investment Co., Ltd., is a specialized company established by China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. in accordance with the national call to build a "resource saving and environmentally friendly" society, accelerating the development of renewable energy such as wind power and the strategic goal of the group's main business development. It is engaged in the development, investment management, construction, operation and maintenance of wind power projects. The company has successfully won the bid and demonstrated the construction of the first national megawatt wind power base start-up project - Hebei Zhangbei Single Crystal River 200 megawatt wind power concession project, and the first 10 million kilowatt wind power base start-up project - Gansu Yumen Changma 200 megawatt wind power concession project.
