| General Introduction | Zhongqi Research Automobile Testing Ground Co., Ltd. is the pioneer in industrial transformation. Entering the era of Industry 4.0, China National Automobile Corporation (SAIC) has opened a new chapter in the changing situation, seizing the development opportunity of traditional cars transitioning to intelligent connected vehicles, aiming to achieve the world's highest level of advanced layout, and investing about 1.4 billion yuan to build an internationally first-class Yangtze River Delta (Yancheng) intelligent connected vehicle testing site. The intelligent connected vehicle testing site mainly includes 7 intelligent connected vehicle testing roads, meeting the needs of various closed testing scenarios for intelligent connected vehicles. After the completion of the project, it will promote the transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry, adding another bright business card to the Chinese automotive industry. In addition, adopting a "cloud", "edge", and "end" architecture, deploying V2X devices and cloud control platforms, building a road with all elements, all time and space, and all perception, creating a semi closed testing and demonstration operation area for intelligent connected vehicles in the Yangtze River Delta (Yancheng), supporting ADAS functional testing, semi closed road testing, and demonstration applications of intelligent connected vehicles. Next, China National Automobile Corporation will assist the government in gradually and conditionally opening up public roads, using artificial intelligence technologies such as autonomous driving and vehicle road collaboration as engines to achieve the testing and demonstration application of intelligent connected vehicles on public roads in real scenarios. Build an intelligent networked vehicle panoramic testing demonstration base that integrates closed testing areas, semi closed testing areas, and open road testing demonstration operation areas. Collaborate with existing traditional automotive testing ground businesses to create a world-class automotive research and development testing cluster. In the future, we will also build a digital virtual testing ground base based on virtual and real mapping, and combine different technological means to empower the virtual simulation testing of intelligent connected vehicles.
