| General Introduction | Beijing Compass Technology Development Co., Ltd., founded in 1997 with its headquarters in Beijing, has been dedicated to securities analysis and information services since its establishment. In 2001, with the approval of the Beijing Municipal People's Government, Beijing Compass Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Compass") was established. In 2007, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Securities Industry Association, the compass was successfully listed on the Third Board of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park in Shenzhen (now known as the "New Third Board") (code: 430011, referred to as the "compass"). In 2019, the Compass was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Growth Enterprise Board (code: 300803, referred to as the "Compass"), with a registered capital of 405 million RMB. The Compass is a securities investment consulting agency approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (serial number: 047183), and is also a national high-tech enterprise jointly recognized by the Beijing Science and Technology Commission, Beijing Finance Bureau, Beijing State Taxation Bureau, and Beijing Local Taxation Bureau. The company's headquarters is located in the northern core area of Zhongguancun - TBD Cloud Center. Currently, it has two major operation centers nationwide - Beijing TBD Operation Center and Guangdong Zhifu Operation Center, with over 1000 registered employees. As one of the earliest securities analysis software developers and securities information service providers in China, Compass is the first data information service provider for Win Wealth in China, one of the first information operators to obtain Level 2 data authorization from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and also one of the earliest information operators to obtain Level 2 data authorization from the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company has a core team of doctoral and master's degrees in Tsinghua Computer Science, as well as a professional technical research and development team of elite Chinese and foreign universities, as well as a senior investment advisory team in the industry.
