| General Introduction | Baota Industrial Co., Ltd., formerly known as Northwest Bearing Factory, is a third tier enterprise. Established in 1965, restructured and listed in 1996, it is the first listed company in China's bearing industry, one of the top 500 mechanical industry enterprises in China, and one of the largest bearing production enterprises and well-known backbone enterprises in the bearing industry in western China. Northwest Bearing Co., Ltd. is located in Yinchuan City, the capital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, known as the "Saishang Lake City". Formerly known as Northwest Bearing Factory, it was founded in 1965. In April 1996, Northwest Bearing Co., Ltd. was established as the first A-share listed company in China's bearing industry. The company mainly engages in the production and sales of various types of rolling bearings, and its products are widely used in industries such as petroleum, metallurgy, railway, mining, construction engineering, heavy-duty vehicles, motors, agricultural machinery, and other host supporting equipment. The company is the largest research and production base for petroleum machinery bearings in China, and the core manufacturing technology of petroleum machinery bearings is at the international leading level. The company is able to produce over 5000 types of rolling bearings with outer diameters ranging from 40mm to 3500mm in accordance with international standards and the latest national technical standards, and can also produce various non-standard bearings and special structural bearings according to user requirements. The company has the right to import and export itself, exporting bearing products to over 50 countries and regions. The company passed the IS09001 quality system certification, IS014001 environmental management system certification, and the National GB/T19022-2003/ISO10012 Perfect Measurement System Certification (AAA) in 1997, and is a national first-class measurement unit. We have a national level enterprise technology center, a postdoctoral research workstation, and the only petroleum machinery bearing research institute in China's bearing industry. The "NXZ" trademark has been recognized as a "well-known trademark in China". In 2008, the company obtained honorary titles such as "National Export Commodity Inspection Exemption Qualification" and "Autonomous Region Petroleum R&D Innovation Team", and passed the certification of "National High tech Enterprise". After more than forty years of development, the company's product design and manufacturing level, scientific research and development, and technological innovation capabilities have continuously improved. It has mastered mature, unique, and relatively stable core technologies for metallurgical rolling mill bearings, heavy-duty automotive bearings, petroleum machinery bearings, especially petroleum machinery bearings. In the domestic bearing production and manufacturing industry, the comprehensive technical level of Northwest bearing products is in a leading position. More than 100 new products have filled the domestic gap, 10 products have been rated as national key new products, and "NXZ" metallurgical and petroleum machinery bearings have been rated as Ningxia famous brand products. The company has high-level technical research and development personnel, as well as independently developed computer CAE-CAD-CAP design software and integrated PDM system for bearing data management, which is at a leading level in the Chinese bearing industry. It has been awarded the title of "National CAD Application Engineering Demonstration Enterprise" by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. The development of the company has also received high attention and support from the state and governments at all levels.
