The company originated from the Solid State Device Research Institute of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, established in 1976. It was restructured in 2001 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2009, becoming the first communication optoelectronic device company to be listed in China. For fifteen consecutive years, the company has been selected as one of the "Top 10 Most Competitive Enterprises in Global Optical Devices" and ranks fourth in the global optical device industry. The company adheres to the quality policy of "adhering to technology leadership, focusing on quality first, committed to excellent service, and continuous customer satisfaction". Our products strictly adhere to industry related standards, and have passed ISO9001 quality management system and TL9000 communication industry quality management system certifications in 1999 and 2005.
