| General Introduction | Zhongheng Design Group Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Suzhou Industrial Park Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1995 and was one of the first builders of the "China Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park". It is a witness, witness, and practitioner of the entire process. On December 31, 2014, the company was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code 603017), becoming the first IPO listed company in the field of architectural design in China. In 2020, Chairman Feng Zhenggong was elected as a national master of engineering survey and design. At present, the company is the largest architectural design group company in Jiangsu Province, and is the only architectural design enterprise in Jiangsu Province to be selected among the top 100 national engineering survey and design enterprises in terms of survey and design revenue recently announced (2020). In 1994, the governments of China and Singapore officially cooperated to develop the Suzhou Industrial Park, marking the beginning of the park's planning and construction. Mr. Feng Zhenggong, the current chairman, became one of the first members sent by the government to study in Singapore at that time. He comprehensively studied and introduced advanced concepts and "management software", and as one of the main writers, participated in the formulation of the earliest planning and construction standards for the park. Later, Mr. Shi Kuang (a national engineering survey and design master, who was elected in 2004 and later transferred to the post of chief planner of Suzhou Industrial Park) and Mr. Feng Zhenggong (a national engineering survey and design master, who was elected in 2020) jointly founded the "Suzhou Industrial Park Design Institute", becoming the first batch of builders of the "China Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park", as well as witnesses and practitioners in the whole process. |
