| General Introduction | China Aviation Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), formerly known as Jilin China Resources Biochemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jilin Biochemical"), was renamed Xi'an Aviation Power Co., Ltd. after a major asset restructuring in 2008, with its registered address in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. In 2014, the company underwent a major asset restructuring, which took the form of issuing shares to purchase assets. The restructuring was carried out by Aviation Power to AVIC, AVIC Engine Holdings Co., Ltd., Xi'an Aviation Engine (Group) Co., Ltd. After the restructuring, the company name was changed to AVIC Power Co., Ltd. After the restructuring was completed, the main business product range of the listed company expanded from large engines to large, medium, and small engines, as well as aircraft model engines. It integrated almost all types of aviation power plant main engine business in China, enriched the research, production, and repair scope of aviation engines, and improved and optimized the engine main engine industry chain. On May 31, 2016, China Aviation Engine Group Co., Ltd. was registered and established, exercising the management authority of the actual investor and becoming the actual controller of the company. On April 19, 2017, the company was renamed as "China Aviation Power Co., Ltd.". The abbreviation of the securities has been changed to "Hangfa Power". The current aircraft engine is the production, development, and repair base for large, medium, and small military and civilian aviation engines in China, as well as gas turbine power plants for large ships. It integrates almost all types of main engine business in China's aviation power plant, and is the strongest production capacity, most comprehensive product category, and largest power plant production unit in China. Undertaking numerous equipment tasks in the fields of aviation, navigation, aerospace, and national economic construction, and shouldering the historical responsibility of developing and revitalizing China's aviation power industry.
